High School Diaries: First 3 days of Sophomore

Hey! So, first I would like to say thank you to all of my 'travelers'/readers. I call my readers 'travelers' because Rainbow After the Rain is mostly about life's journey. Travelers, thank you so much. I also wish to know you better. If you guys don't mind, I'd like you to suggest topics, okay? How? Comment on the post. :D

Second, this year's post would be mostly about school, friends, life, music & other things. :)

Third, I want to introduce my poetry side. I write poems . Some got posted on my old blog. But since this is a new one all of my recent poems will be posted here. Don't worry though, I'll still post the old ones here. ^_~

Okay, so let's start our topic.Opening of classes in our school happened on Wednesday, so we finished our first week yesterday. I won't tell you any more of the first day's details since I have posted one already. The second day was really funny. Lots of introductions were heard that day. Also, our school held a fire/ earthquake drill. We started the day with permanent seats, greetings and prayer. I found our teachers okay. I was feeling better that day. Finally, I feel like sophomore year's going to be a blast. HaHa :) The last day of our first week was better. Discussions already started. We talked about different things. An example would be the probable candidates for our school government. The day went fast and before I knew it I was riding the car going home.

P.S. In our Literature class, a quote was presented by our teacher.

Now this is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning.

High School Diaries: First Day of Sophomore Year ^_~

Hey. So, this is the first day of Sophomore year. And, I think that this would be a good topic to discuss.
Well, this day is quite special. It is the first day of school and I consider it important. Last night, I slept with the thought that maybe, just maybe things will be better. We're not the newbies anymore. We are getting older and more responsibilities are given to us.

I was really nervous as I got out of the car. I mean, I just don't know why but I feel like this is all new again. But, aside from the paint, teachers, students, and the classes, I realized that our class didn't change that much. Our adviser is our Math teacher. She's been teaching there for quite a while now. The day started with a lot of introductions, rules, and a mixed feeling of awkwardness and happiness. I was feeling better. The classroom's theme is Adventure Time which I like. :)  We also wrote our goals for the school year. Today is a half day so we're done by 12pm. Tomorrow's the start of a regular day.

The highlight of this day is meeting up with classmates/ friends. Its just so normal to be with them. HAHA..... :D

Injured. That's the word.

So, yesterday was my grandmother's birthday. She had a great party. A party filled with friends, food and fun. But, that day due to my clumsiness, my right foot got sprained. Yes, it did. It hurts up until now.

During the party, I enjoyed. But, not that much. I can't do things that would require a lot of walking, running and etc. I just can't take it.

On my mind, there's this phrase that's been throughout the night. It goes like this "So, this is how it feels."
Ugh.......I admit though I am really clumsy. But with the help of my granny's friend .....my foot feels better now.

P.S. I hope my foot heals fast enough.
